I'm not sure how to progress? Am I missing something? The robot doesn't seem to be able to get out of the starting area.
hey, that part is a bit hidden. solution is below to not accidentally spoil anyone …

you have to use the robot as a platform to get the pilot on the right ledge. then fall through into the hole (down + jump), and use the switch on the left. that activates an elevator to bring up the robot out of the hole!
Ohhh, I missed that, my bad. Very cool concept regardless, would love to see a full puzzle-platformer based around this concept and theme
